Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end functional design and system configuration for enterprise applications
Drive global process standardization and harmonization initiatives across regions
Provide strategic guidance to deployment teams on system implementation
Conduct gap analysis between current and target processes for ERP implementation
Manage development backlog and ensure quality standards
Coordinate cross-functional business analyst team activities
Execute functional testing and system optimization
Deliver tier 3 functional support with operational handover management
Maintain system integrity through proactive maintenance protocols

Requirements

Education

Bachelor or Masters degree in Information Technology or Business Administration

Experience

3+ years relevant experience with HR systems integrations
