Key Responsibilities

Lead Agile delivery across Switch, Settlement and Reconciliation squads while implementing continuous improvement processes
Manage cross-functional delivery coordination and dependency management for enterprise-level payment systems
Drive strategic alignment between technology initiatives and business outcomes through Agile ceremonies
Establish and maintain best practice Agile frameworks across complex work systems
Coach and develop delivery teams while facilitating stakeholder communications
Oversee payment technology transformation initiatives and innovation programs

Requirements

Education

Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience

5+ years strategizing and maintaining large programs of work, 4+ years as Iteration Manager in agile environments

Required Skills

In-depth practical and demonstrable experience working in an Iteration Manager role in an Agile environment Understanding of Agile principles, methodologies and purpose Strong understanding of Payments Ecosystem Previous experience working in Switching, Settlement and Reconciliation Market knowledge and experience in the delivery and management of retail and technology solutions Excellent skills in leading a team including coaching, having difficult conversations and providing feedback Facilitation experience and able to facilitate agile ceremonies Comfortable resolving conflict and able to facilitate discussion on alternatives and different approaches Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of team capability and capacity and effective prioritisation
