Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic Agile ceremonies and process implementation to drive team efficiency and project success
Provide expert Scrum coaching and mentorship to maximize team performance and methodology adoption
Execute impediment removal strategies to maintain project momentum and delivery timelines
Implement comprehensive sprint monitoring and stakeholder reporting systems
Drive organizational change through Agile principles adoption and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience

Proven experience working as an Iteration Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach
