Key Responsibilities

Lead local derivatives trading operations with focus on dairy commodities
Execute and manage complex derivatives trades including options, swaps, and futures
Develop and implement proprietary trading strategies and spread algorithms
Conduct risk analysis and management for derivatives portfolio
Build and maintain relationships with brokers and market stakeholders
Collaborate with physical traders on risk management solutions
Design and market OTC structured products for clients
Generate and execute new trading ideas for global proprietary book
Monitor and report on trading strategy performance

Requirements

Education

Master degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Engineering

Experience

Experience with programming languages and electronic trading platforms
