Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage small to medium-sized engineering and OPEX/CAPEX projects with full accountability for outcomes
Drive project execution through strategic goal-setting and team coordination across multiple functions
Develop and implement project management tools and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency
Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to achieve project milestones

Requirements

Education

Master or Bachelor's degree in engineering subject (Electrical/Mechanical/Electromechanical or Equivalent)

Experience

1+ year of experience in an similar position
