Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage small to medium-sized engineering and OPEX/CAPEX projects with defined objectives and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional project teams and manage stakeholder communications
Develop and maintain project management tools, processes, and documentation systems
Drive digital transformation initiatives and best practices implementation
Support program managers with resource planning, reporting, and analytics
Manage project financials, risks, and milestone tracking

Requirements

Education

Master or Bachelor's degree in engineering subject (Electrical/Mechanical/Electromechanical or Equivalent)

Experience

1+ year of experience in an similar position

Required Skills

Tools and methods for project management: MS-project, Excel, resource planning tools Excellent leadership, collaboration and communication skills Must be able to direct others without formal reporting relationships across multiple functions and sites Experience with Copilot for Power BI is a plus
