Key Responsibilities

Strategic leadership of Gas, Water and Operational laboratories with oversight of 20 technicians and 2 team leads
Implementation and maintenance of HSEQ standards and regulatory compliance protocols
Development and execution of Zero Accident safety initiatives aligned with corporate strategy
Innovation leadership for new laboratory equipment implementation, particularly focused on circular recycling initiatives
Financial management and budget optimization for laboratory operations
Cross-site laboratory coordination and external partnership management
Technical expertise provision for monomer & utilities department operations

Requirements

Education

Master in Chemistry, preferably with analytic chemistry focus

Experience

First leadership experience preferred
