Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor layout team members while maintaining highest quality standards
Direct complex layout and camera setups for major film productions
Collaborate with VFX Supervisors on creative and technical decisions
Manage project scheduling, bidding, and resource allocation
Oversee technical pipeline integration and workflow optimization
Coordinate with global teams and vendors for shot delivery

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer graphics, fine arts, design, photography, or related field

Experience

10+ years of VFX experience, including 4+ years as a Layout Supervisor

Required Skills

Advanced knowledge of Linux, 3DE, Maya Strong leadership and mentoring abilities Excellent written and oral communication skills Understanding of photography and lens effects Technical troubleshooting expertise Creative problem-solving capabilities
