Lead and implement SAFe framework practices across enterprise IT

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience

6-7 years of real and applied experience as a Scrum Master

Required Skills

Demonstrated success leading 2-week sprint cycles Experience managing Agile teams focused on data analytics and machine learning Excellent communication skills Deep understanding of Agile frameworks Strong problem-solving skills Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or JIRA Ability to work across global time zones
