Key Responsibilities
Lead statewide implementation of Comprehensive State Literacy Development Grant programs
Develop and oversee MTSS framework integration across elementary through high school levels
Design and deliver professional learning modules for literacy intervention programs
Coordinate cross-agency initiatives and stakeholder engagement
Manage data systems and implementation protocols
Provide technical assistance to districts and schools
Lead continuous improvement processes and usability cycles
Oversee grant monitoring and compliance
Develop strategic literacy improvement plans
Requirements
Education
Master's degree or higher in language and literacy/reading, educational administration/leadership, curriculum, educational policy, teaching and learning
Experience
5 years of experience in educational setting
