Key Responsibilities

Lead and implement enterprise-wide IAM solutions focusing on workforce and customer identity management
Drive strategic IAM technology implementations using platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, and CyberArk
Conduct comprehensive IAM process assessments and develop optimization strategies
Manage client RFP responses for enterprise/customer IAM initiatives
Direct project teams and ensure delivery excellence while managing risk
Provide expert consultation on IAM strategies aligned with business objectives

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field

Experience

10+ years in cyber security with IAM domain expertise

Required Skills

IAM solution architecture and implementation Project management and team leadership Technical expertise in IGA/PAM/AM/CIAM domains Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) Strong relationship building and collaboration abilities Multi-project management capabilities

Certifications
