Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams in driving continuous product and quality performance improvement
Collaborate with R&D in product development and validation throughout product lifecycle
Design and implement manufacturing processes and test systems for new products

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree or University Degree or equivalent in the field of Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience

At least 5+ years relevant experience, especially in manufacturing or operation environment and new product introduction
