Key Responsibilities

Lead data quality and integrity maintenance across enterprise systems
Develop and manage master data governance frameworks and policies
Drive cross-functional data quality initiatives and change management
Oversee product lifecycle management and BOM processes
Establish and monitor data quality KPIs and performance metrics
Spearhead data community development and cultural transformation
Manage master data tools and system implementations

Requirements

Education

Graduate degree in Data Management, Supply Chain, or a Specialized Master's (Engineering or Business School)

Experience

At least 5 years of successful experience in Supply Chain, Master Data Management, or as a Product Owner Data & Tools

Required Skills

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency ERP (SAP) expertise PIM systems knowledge Power BI proficiency PLM system experience Master Data Management tools Fluent English Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Change management capabilities

Certifications

CSCP (APICS), CDMP, and/or PL-300 certification (preferred)
