Key Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects including deliverables, documentation, and reporting
Client relationship management and stakeholder communication
Project team leadership and resource management
Budget and schedule management with focus on CPI and SPI metrics
Risk identification and mitigation planning
Change management and requirements gathering
Cross-functional team coordination and delivery methodology implementation

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a technical degree or diploma

Experience

8 years of professional experience as a project manager for IT-related projects

Required Skills

Experience with industry-related scheduling systems (MS Project, Primavera) Experience in proposal preparation and change order requests Demonstrated experience in CPI, SPI and Earned Value tracking Project execution planning and budgeting expertise MS Office suite proficiency Multiple project management capability Advanced French and English language skills Effective communication and presentation skills
