Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end order capture and delivery optimization to ensure Perfect Order Cycle metrics
Manage customer portfolio Order-to-Cash processes with focus on efficiency and accuracy
Conduct root cause analysis of demand capture failures and blocked orders
Validate and investigate customer deductions, compliance fines, and logistics issues
Drive process improvement through LEAN methodology implementation
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve master data and pricing exceptions

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business/Supply Chain related field, or equivalent education and experience

Required Skills
