Key Responsibilities

Ensure financial validation compliance with bank guidelines and VAT regulations
Perform master file and payment report reconciliations
Manage commission and clawback reporting with providers
Coordinate with GBO for financial entries and Finance/VAT teams
Handle customer feedback and complaint resolution for Takaful products
Monitor and improve process efficiency to reduce clawbacks
Facilitate documentation completion with sales team

Requirements

Education

Minimum high diploma & above (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Experience

Minimum 2-3 years, preferred banking experience in customer service
