Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing operations
Develop and implement lean-driven operational excellence strategies
Build and manage OE Academy for capability development
Drive digital transformation projects connecting shop floor to technology solutions
Coach and mentor teams in lean manufacturing principles
Design and execute cost efficiency improvement projects

Requirements

Education

Bachelor or Master degree in Operations, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering

Experience

3+ years of experience in continuous improvement in food/manufacturing
