Key Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of Birth Unit and Early Labour Assessment Unit operations
Financial and resource management including budget control and resource allocation
Leadership of interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Quality assurance and patient care standard maintenance
Staff recruitment, retention, and performance management
Clinical leadership for complex patient cases
Operational policy development and implementation

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field required

Experience

Minimum three (3) years healthcare related experience and two (2) years leadership experience
