Key Responsibilities

Design and fabricate nano-structured memristive devices compatible with BEOL and 2D semiconductors
Develop process flows and device layouts for efficient 1T1R element integration
Perform electrical characterization of devices and arrays
Develop Python code for device testing and analysis
Collaborate within research consortium for integration optimization
Demonstrate application scenarios and identify future research directions
Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences
