Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning operations across APAC with direct team management responsibility
Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies focusing on inventory optimization and operational efficiency
Drive cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Sourcing, and Planning teams
Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance metrics
Implement and monitor KPIs for delivery, cost reduction, and supply chain effectiveness

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or similar field

Experience

15+ years in supply chain or merchandising operations
