Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic PLM system implementation projects with direct impact on manufacturing efficiency and digital transformation
Drive cross-functional collaboration between IT, engineering, and manufacturing teams across 21 global facilities
Provide expert consultation on Teamcenter optimization and integration with adjacent systems (NX, ERP, Simulation)
Develop and execute comprehensive project management strategies for complex PLM initiatives
Guide technical decision-making and system architecture evolution
Facilitate knowledge transfer and training programs for global teams
Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple organizational levels

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in engineering or related field
