Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design of high voltage BCD platforms with focus on automotive-grade reliability standards
Spearhead device characterization and optimization for complex semiconductor components
Drive cross-functional technical collaboration for process development and simulation
Lead customer technical engagement and problem resolution for HV CMOS/BCDMOS technologies
Guide platform development strategy and technical roadmap execution

Requirements

Education

Masters or PhD in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Physics (Bachelor's with relevant experience considered)

Experience

>12 years relevant experience in High Voltage CMOS/BCDMOS process development

Required Skills

Strong understanding of CMOS, Bipolar and BCD device physics Process integration expertise Automotive grade device development knowledge DOE methodology proficiency Strong interpersonal and communication skills
