Key Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of Pet Nutrition Europe's data governance and compliance frameworks
Architecture alignment and implementation of enterprise-wide data models
Leadership of data engineering initiatives and infrastructure optimization
Cross-functional collaboration between AOE D&A and PNE teams
Design and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
Implementation of metadata management and data quality assurance systems
Enablement of data stewardship practices and team capability building

Requirements

Education

University degree in business or IT

Experience

5+ years in data engineering, analytics, or data management

Required Skills

Strong background in data engineering, data governance, and data architecture Expertise in cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake) Deep understanding of SQL, Python, Spark Experience with data governance frameworks and MDM Knowledge of modern data architectures Strong stakeholder management capabilities
