Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic APAC supply chain initiatives for robotics technologies portfolio
Direct multi-commodity strategic sourcing including cables, sheet metal, plastics, and electromechanical assemblies
Drive cost optimization and quality improvement across regional supplier network
Manage executive-level supplier relationships and strategic partnerships
Develop and execute comprehensive dual-sourcing strategies
Lead new product introduction (NPI) processes with suppliers
Direct capacity planning and footprint optimization initiatives

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)

Experience

7+ years in supply chain, commodity, and supplier management
