Key Responsibilities

Lead creative direction for print designs that align with Vlisco's heritage and African market preferences
Drive product innovation through development of 12-14 unique annual prints with multiple colorways
Spearhead market expansion through design adaptation for new territories while maintaining brand DNA
Guide technical implementation of designs through production process optimization
Mentor junior designers and foster team collaboration for consistent design quality
Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform design strategy
Manage end-to-end design process from concept to production-ready specifications

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master degree in Design, Creative or a related field

Experience

Minimum of 5 years' experience in print design

Required Skills
