Key Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of end-to-end Planning, Property, and Logistics processes for space systems division
Leadership of multi-site teams across Dulles, VA and Gilbert, AZ facilities
Material requirements planning and production scheduling optimization
Cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Integration & Test departments
Performance metrics analysis and continuous improvement implementation
ERP system governance and process enhancement

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, or related field

Experience

10 years of experience in supply chain, material planning, and/or engineering discipline
