Key Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of end-to-end Planning, Property, and Logistics processes for space systems division
Leadership of multi-site teams across Dulles, VA and Gilbert, AZ facilities
Material requirements planning and production scheduling optimization
Cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Integration & Test departments
Performance metrics analysis and continuous improvement implementation
ERP system governance and process enhancement
Inventory and property management compliance
Team development and operational cost optimization

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, or related field

Experience

10 years of experience in supply chain, material planning, and/or engineering discipline

Required Skills

Strong communication and relationship management Operational cost reduction expertise Federal and Defense contracting knowledge (ITAR, FAR/DFAR) ERP software proficiency Microsoft Office suite expertise Leadership and team management Strong analytical and scheduling capabilities
