Key Responsibilities

Strategic oversight and management of Emerson TR program operations with full P&L responsibility
Clinical leadership through consumer evaluations and comprehensive intake processes
Direct supervision and performance management of program staff including evaluation cycles
Development and implementation of evidence-based treatment plans utilizing multiple therapeutic modalities
Resource optimization through staff scheduling and workload management
Cross-functional collaboration through representation at Partial Care and stakeholder meetings
Quality assurance and compliance management for clinical and administrative documentation

Requirements

Education

MSW in Social Work, MA in Psychology or a related field

Experience

Two years of previous clinical experience in psychiatric setting
