Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage enterprise-wide PMO operations with direct reporting to VP/GM
Drive strategic project portfolio governance and methodology implementation
Oversee cross-functional project execution and resource allocation
Establish and maintain project management standards and metrics
Develop and implement risk management frameworks
Guide organizational change management and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Masters of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.

Experience

Minimum 8 years' experience in business transformation, integration responsibilities
