Key Responsibilities

Lead data analysis and visualization initiatives to support critical public safety programs including domestic violence prevention and indigenous community support
Design and maintain comprehensive data tracking systems for program evaluation and reporting
Create strategic data visualizations and dashboards for internal stakeholders and public-facing communications
Conduct research and literature reviews on best practices in offender treatment and management

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in any field (Master's preferred)

Experience

Six years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting and visualization OR Bachelor's degree plus two years experience OR Master's degree plus one year experience
