Key Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of project performance metrics including cost, schedule, and resource allocation
Development and maintenance of comprehensive project control systems and KPI frameworks
Leadership in implementing Earned Value Management (EVM) systems

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and education in project or field engineering

Experience

Minimum of five (15) years' experience in project controls of cost, schedule, and scope management
