Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end capital project management for distillery operations with P&L responsibility
Drive technical innovation and process efficiency improvements across manufacturing operations
Manage multi-disciplinary teams in implementing EC&I engineering solutions
Develop comprehensive business cases and ROI analyses for capital investments
Oversee contractor relationships and supplier management for strategic projects
Direct commissioning and implementation of new manufacturing systems
Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards in project delivery

Requirements

Education

Degree level qualification in Engineering or equivalent

Experience
