Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical implementation of complex compressor systems from pre-order through customer acceptance
Serve as primary technical liaison for global clients managing project specifications and compliance
Direct technical planning and engineering design for international industrial projects
Coordinate with CAD designers for P&I diagrams and foundation planning
Manage supplier relationships and equipment procurement processes
Develop comprehensive plant operations concepts and control systems
Participate in critical technical reviews including HAZOP and SIL assessments

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or process engineering

Experience

Up to 5 years of project engineering experience in international industrial environments

Required Skills

Business fluent English and German PC skills (Word, Excel, SAP, MS-Project) Knowledge of marine, H2 Mobility & Energy, or oil and gas industry Understanding of static and rotating equipment standards Analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach Strong communication and negotiation abilities Cross-cultural awareness and adaptability
