Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HR strategy development and execution for major EPC projects
Drive workforce planning and talent acquisition across project teams
Design and implement project-specific HR processes and frameworks
Manage client relationships and deliverables for HR workstreams
Handle complex employee relations including grievances and performance management
Oversee project HR budget and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies

Requirements

Education

Four year degree in Psychology, Education, Industrial Relations, Human Resources or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, OD) preferred

Experience

20+ years in EPCM programs/projects
