Key Responsibilities

Lead Stage Gate governance process coordination and documentation for new product development initiatives
Manage and maintain project portfolio tracking systems including prioritization matrices and change management processes
Serve as Innovation Platform super-user providing system training and participating in global improvement initiatives
Generate and analyze critical NPD KPIs focusing on speed-to-market metrics and development budgets
Coordinate resource capacity planning and allocation across NPD project portfolio
Maintain DTSV savings database and participate in quarterly financial reviews
Support executive decision-making through preparation of comprehensive project documentation and analytics

Requirements

Experience

Previous PMO and/or administrative role experience
