Key Responsibilities

Strategic leadership of large-scale EPCm projects with full P&L responsibility
Development and execution of comprehensive project management frameworks
Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement at executive level
Risk management and mitigation across complex engineering projects
Team leadership and development of project delivery capabilities
Financial and commercial oversight including contract negotiations
HSSE leadership and compliance management

Requirements

Education

University degree (bachelors or masters) in relevant discipline or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience

Experience

Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role on large-scale EPC and EPCm projects in the oil and gas sector
