HKD 800,000 - 1,200,000 per year based on Hong Kong financial services market rates for senior project managers with investment banking experience

Key Responsibilities

Strategic coordination of cross-functional operations between Asia teams and global stakeholders to drive organizational alignment and project success
Lead PMO activities including comprehensive project governance, metrics tracking, and executive reporting to ensure project transparency and risk management
Drive business requirements gathering and testing coordination while serving as a critical bridge between technical and business teams
Maintain risk, assumption, issue and dependency (RAID) tracking while providing strategic project updates to leadership
Conduct operational efficiency analyses to identify and implement process improvements
Design and execute change management strategies to ensure successful transformation initiatives

Requirements

Education

Master degree holders, with strong academic background in Financial Engineering, Finance, Economics or Engineering

Experience

+ 5 years experience working on Project Management (associate)

Required Skills

Prior experience in investment banking operations Good knowledge of the Operations department in an Investment Bank as well as good product knowledge Strong communication and problem-solving skills with ability to provide solutions Self-motivated and hardworking with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other PC applications Responsible, self-initiative, positive attitude, attentive to details & hardworking Fluent in both written and spoken English
