Key Responsibilities

Lead organization of NN Social Innovation Start-Up Award including stakeholder management and communications strategy
Refine and execute due diligence process for social investments including financial analysis and impact assessment
Manage budget and stakeholder relationships for key innovation initiatives
Develop and coordinate investment documentation including side letters and contracts
Drive strategic communications for investment activities

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, social sciences, or related field

Experience

5-7 years of project management experience
