Key Responsibilities

Lead total quality management systems implementation with strategic oversight of site-wide operations
Drive innovation in quality processes and cultural transformation
Provide statistical analysis and consulting across organizational divisions
Manage ISO9001 certification processes and quality council leadership
Direct vendor certification and raw materials quality assurance
Serve as primary liaison for customer quality management and problem resolution
Oversee new product quality system development and implementation
Lead cross-functional quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, business, or related field required, Masters preferred

Experience

Minimum of five years' experience in a supervisory role within quality
