Key Responsibilities

Lead global core model process development for Record-to-Report operations, ensuring alignment with legal and group requirements
Drive digital transformation initiatives for financial closing processes across multiple regions
Manage strategic coordination between Local Platform and Global Business Services operations
Oversee implementation of enabling technologies and process innovation
Direct international SAP implementation projects and regional GBS process rollouts
Lead preparation of executive-level decision documentation and reporting

Requirements

Education

University degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree

Experience

Several years of professional experience in a record to report department or equivalent experience

Required Skills

Special knowledge about global R2R processes in the respective field of responsibility Comprehensive SAP FI/CO/SAC skills Fluency in English mandatory / French and other European languages are desirable Balancing character to understand and simplify the needs of the business and translate it into business value Collaboration skills with peers, stakeholders and partners across the organization with diversified nationalities Transversal mindset and ability to work across processes, geographies, languages, cultures, business maturity levels Digital Native
