Key Responsibilities

Lead innovative beverage application development across multiple categories including dairy, refreshing beverages, juices, and alcoholic drinks
Drive product performance evaluation and sensory assessment programs
Manage cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and quality teams
Develop and maintain product portfolio strategies
Execute laboratory protocols and documentation procedures
Guide sensory evaluation processes for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

Education

Bachelors Degree or Masters in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry or related Applied Science

Experience

More than 5 years of Beverage R&D product development working experience

Required Skills

Taste and smell evaluation capabilities Strong understanding of low calorie sweeteners and modulations Knowledge of beverage emulsions and stability Expertise in thermal and commercialization processes Understanding of food matrix interactions Proficiency in beverage equipment operation Fluent in English
