Key Responsibilities

Lead regional implementation and localization of training curriculum across APAC
Design and manage delivery of product, classroom, and sales training programs
Oversee vendor relationships and Learning Management System (LMS) implementation
Drive innovation in sales training capabilities and monitor performance metrics
Manage regional content creation, maintenance, and translation
Develop and maintain regional catalog pipeline and budgets

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree would be a plus

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning development Up to 2 years of experience in leading teams and people preferred

Required Skills
