Key Responsibilities

Lead and orchestrate Agile Release Train (ART) for Digital, CRM and Omni platform
Manage and optimize value flow across program using PI Board and Risk Board
Facilitate PI Planning and Agile ceremonies
Coordinate cross-functional teams across 10 integrated products
Manage dependencies and risks across complex system integrations
Drive continuous improvement through Inspect and Adapt workshops

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar field

Experience

Minimum of 5 years' experience in Agile project management, including at least 2 years as a Release Train Engineer or similar role

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of e-commerce systems, mobile applications, OMS, and CRM Experience with Agile project management tools Excellent communication skills Stakeholder management Leadership ability Problem-solving skills Adaptability and flexibility

Certifications

SAFe RTE certification (preferred) Other Agile certifications (CSM, PMP) a plus
