Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop RF automation engineering team through goal setting and performance management
Drive strategic implementation of test automation systems and processes
Oversee RF/analog/digital design and measurement operations
Manage Agile Scrum development processes and team deliverables
Develop cost-effective testing methodologies for complex radio systems
Create and implement test strategies for new and existing products
Lead technical reviews and provide engineering oversight
Optimize test software using National Instruments LabVIEW and TestStand
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree (or Master's Degree with reduced experience requirement)
Experience
