Key Responsibilities

Lead trauma performance improvement initiatives and maintain regulatory compliance
Develop and implement trauma safety protocols and educational programs
Conduct concurrent case reviews and quality assessments
Coordinate multidisciplinary trauma committees and peer reviews
Serve as primary liaison between trauma services and clinical departments
Drive injury prevention outreach programs in the community
Ensure compliance with state and national trauma center standards

Requirements

Education

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, Masters Degree in Nursing preferred

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years nursing experience required, 3 years recent experience in Trauma nursing preferred
