Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic sales initiatives across DACH region with P&L responsibility
Drive technical consultancy and solution development for food industry clients
Manage complex stakeholder relationships across procurement, R&D and executive levels
Develop and execute market growth strategies for dairy category
Implement value-based pricing strategies and contract management
Coordinate cross-functional projects with Development, Marketing and BD teams

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science/Technology or related technical field

Experience

Significant experience in technical sales/service roles
