Key Responsibilities

Lead Agile transformation and methodology adoption across teams
Facilitate SAFe Agile ceremonies and ensure program increment goals achievement
Drive continuous improvement in quality, predictability, flow and velocity metrics
Manage product backlog and roadmap alignment with Product Owner
Lead risk and impediment management across teams

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment
