Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation and governance of Scrum methodology across multiple teams
Coach and develop teams in Agile practices while fostering self-organization
Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate cross-functional collaboration

Oversee risk management and impediment removal

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field is preferred

Experience

2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in Agile teams

Required Skills
