Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute PI Planning for ARTs and Nexus teams with direct impact on enterprise-wide digital transformation
Drive organizational change management as key change agent for Agile transformation across multiple domains
Design and implement Agile Release Trains following lean-based framework
Develop and maintain enterprise-wide Agile standards and methodologies
Coach and mentor teams toward Agile maturity while measuring performance metrics
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between IT Operations and business leadership
Establish and nurture Agile communities of practice for knowledge sharing

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree OR Master's degree

Experience

8 years with Bachelor's OR 6 years with Master's OR 10 years minimum

Required Skills
