Key Responsibilities

Lead Agile Center of Excellence and cultivate guild member development to drive organizational agile maturity
Orchestrate agile ceremonies and enforce best practices across multiple teams
Develop and track team-level agile metrics for performance optimization
Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder engagement and dependency management
Drive impediment resolution and risk mitigation strategies
Support product backlog management and sprint readiness
Foster high-performance team culture and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide L1/L2 application support and coordinate technical resolution

Requirements

Education

Degree in Computer Science, a related technical field that involves programming, or combination of equivalent practical experience and education

Experience

Minimum 4-5 years working experience in relevant role/s
