Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic opto-mechanical design initiatives for waveguide technology from concept to production
Direct cross-functional collaboration for mechanical and optical specifications optimization
Spearhead quality control and validation processes including FMEA and tolerance analysis
Manage customer relationships and technical consultations for product design optimization

Requirements

Education
